Fees & Currencies
Changelly has static-rate. All crypto trades have a 0.5% fee. Trades from Fiat are supposed to be at the same rate but it appears those rates vary considerably and can be excessively high. This is out of Changelly’s hands as they process these transactions through third-party services; each with their own fees. Visit Changelly to see what fees will be applied based on your location.
While cheaper rates can be had directly from many trading platforms, if you’re making multiple trades, Changelly can save you money.
The Changelly Cryptocurrency Exchange Bot supports numerous digital currencies
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Litecoin (LTC)
- Bytecoin (BCN)

Changelly reviews are a mixed bag. You might be getting the impression that this is the norm if you’ve read through other reviews on APC. Unfortunately, it kind of is.
You may also have noticed that many (not all by a long shot) of the complaints come down to users not taking the time to read about the services they are about to take part in. Frustration fueled paranoia has filled many forums with rantings of hidden fees, theft and the like. When, in many cases, the fees were laid out quite clearly. Whether the user didn’t read them or didn’t understand them, they were there. So, please take the time to read and understand the details of every service you are going to take part in. Yes it’s boring and I don’t know anyone who gets off on it, but it’s important.
Changelly reviews are a great example of this. The internet is full of one-star reviews about expensive fiat-to-cryptocurrency trades. As mentioned above, changelly clearly explains why this is and that it is out of their control (at least for now). Yet users still rant and rave. Failing to take any responsibility for their loss. Here are the facts. It’s expensive… very expensive. But, it’s not hidden from anyone and all transactions are voluntary. If you think it’s too much… agreed… so, don’t use the service. If you use it because you failed to read… that’s on the user. Sorry bud, it’s just true. My pessimistic bet is that many of these individuals would likely agree that a country like the US is over litigious, but this is the reason why. Grown adults continue to demand that they are babied through life.
Ok, sorry for the rant… I use Changelly but am not defending them or anything in particular. I’ve just read so many of these kinds of complaints lately that, I guess, I needed to vent a bit.
Anyway, too much? Share your thoughts below.
I like Changelly and think it’s a GREAT service. It facilitates quick and simply trading at a low 0.5%. It would be nice if the company was more transparent but that doesn’t bother me as much as it seems to others. Mainly because Changelly doesn’t hold your coins. It sends funds to large exchanges and then straight to your wallet. Final Verdict: I use Changelly and haven’t experienced any issues. Every question I’ve had was dealt with by the team within a day; usually quicker. It’s an EXCELLENT solution for those multi-trading.
